According to a survey of 200 supply chain leaders, most said they would shift supply chain strategies from linear to more integrated supply chain networks as one major way of enabling it.
The current environment is one in which nothing stays current for very long, and as a result, approaches to forecasting supply and demand, and detecting and managing risk are constantly shifting.
